Go see Urologist: Go see your family doc who can refer you to a urologist who can then perform a cystoscopy to evaluate what was noted on ct. S/he can also take a biopsy or sample of what they find in order to identify what, if anything, is there. Could be either: You- certainly could have a UTI-this would explain the urine changes and the burning.
But also a vaginal infection can contribute to your symptoms.

More info needed: And more work up, blood work, bone scan and other tests, may be needed, more important is thorough history and physical exam.
