Likely benign: Inflammation of the bladder, commonly called Cystitis, is quite common especially in women. So a biopsy via the Cystoscope will be useful if you have persistent symptoms of frequent and painful urination. It can range from benign or inflammatory changes to spots that might be suspicious for bladder cancer. Hard to say: without actually seeing these lesions. I suspect they may be what are referred to as angiokeratomas. Do you mean scrotum instead of bladder? Consider seeing a dermatologist for a more accurate diagnosis. ...Read more

Go see Urologist: Go see your family doc who can refer you to a urologist who can then perform a cystoscopy to evaluate what was noted on ct. S/he can also take a biopsy or sample of what they find in order to identify what, if anything, is there. Could be either: You- certainly could have a UTI-this would explain the urine changes and the burning. But also a vaginal infection can contribute to your symptoms. The only was to make the correct dx is to be seen and have testing done. ...Read more
