Perhaps these are: Not colds but actually allergic reactions. Then, these may be hives (the itchy rash) and the congestion/cough may be part of that allergy. Purpura: Easy bruising can have many causes. One of the more common causes is minor trauma--hands, forearms, legs--in people on blood thinners.
