Spots On Baby's Legs
Don't worry: They will fade over months to a year. There is no need to treat them. If the skin is dry, you can use a moisturizer.
See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give your child something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.
Everytime my child gets a cold she gets red very itcy (almost mosquito bite type) spots on her lower back and legs. What could it be?
Perhaps these are: Not colds but actually allergic reactions. Then, these may be hives (the itchy rash) and the congestion/cough may be part of that allergy. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help for both, but please speak with her pediatrician to better diagnose and treat this problem. If you are a Prime member, you also could consult one us through there.

3.5month baby, dry patches in skin. Patch has small spots. Like goosebumps. Appearing on the back, buttocks, hands legs. Can feel the dryness. No irritation?
Go to a doctor: There are many different infections that can cause this. Streptococcus is one of them. See someone soon.
I have lots of bruising on the front & out side of my leg. I do take 1 baby aspirin a day & inhaled steroids. What is causing this. Sore in spots.
Purpura: Easy bruising can have many causes. One of the more common causes is minor trauma--hands, forearms, legs--in people on blood thinners. Something that accelerates bruising is the use of either topical or systemic steroids. I think your Aspirin and inhaled steroids are causing/worsening the problem. Do not stop them, but talk to your doctor for options.

Lamisil (terbinafine) pills safe for 13 yr old child who has past history of ITP? Has ringworm spot on leg. Very concerned, lamisil (terbinafine) creme be better option maybe?
Yes: If you are concerned and there is a single spot, the cream would an effective, non-stressful way of treating the infection without the risk of thrombocytopenia--which can occur with the oral form.
I had a baby 6 months ago. About 1 1/2 2months ago I noticed some blue spots behind my knee undernieth where it creases. Should I be concerned?
Varicose Veins: Those blue spots are likely varicosities (varicose veins) that remained after the pregnancy. A big uterus with a baby sometimes compresses on your vena cava and prevents blood from flowing up and out of your legs and so it leads to bulging vessels, unfortunately. Nothing to worry about unless these vessels harden, get red, or get painful.
Red spot on knee: You need to see a doctor asap as it seems like there is an infection in the skin. It could be deeper than it may seem and the white spots are most llikely from the spreading of the infection. Very rarely there could be abscess as well. See your doc asap.
My 6mo old niece has a pink round spot on each thigh in the same place. My sister is worried it's ring worm. It doesn't bother the baby any. Thoughts?
Rash: Pediatricians and FP's are really good at diagnosing these type of rashes. We see them all the time bring the baby in and get a diagnosis and treatment.
My son (6mos) 's left leg turns purple when crying loudly, after he stops it will be normal again but spots will left on his leg, should I worried?
Leg turns purple: He should be examined by a doctor for that. They may consider cardiology/ vascular work up
Diagnosis needed: Diagnosis is needed. Some dark spots are easy to identify and come with age. Others, represent a skin condition, such as melasma, which would require seeking the help of a dermatologist for treatments.
Lentigos probably: From your description, it sounds like sun spots or lentigos. They often look like large, light tan or brown pigmented freckles. They indicate sun damage and often become more frequent the older you get.
