When her: Internist refers her. The sx's may or may not be coming from the spot. If you like your doc stick with him, does she have a hx of a mood or stress disorder. It's unusual for this type of thing to linger for a month. Does she sleep well, having crying spells, losing or gaining weight? There may be more here. Seen recently ???: A spot on your lungs as a kid is a very nonspecific finding. Poor inflation, mild pneumonia, significant pneumonia, etc are all examples of what might be related to as a spot. Need more info: Densities in the lung apices can have multiple causes. Infections, including tb, scarring, emphysema, and tumors can all cause these types of densities. Your age, smoking history, history of prior infections or other underlying diseases need to be considered by your physician.
