Location issue: If you are talking about right behind ear, there usually aren't major lymph node chains hanging out unless it is more in the neck region. Something that may feel like lymph node in the area may be blocked duct/follicle. Not sure if this has anything to do with high prolactin levels but this would not be typical. A couple of things: To consider. Make sure your sinuses are ok, Flonase is good at night, it may help to kep ears draining because eustachion tube drains into the throat, Flonase may keep open .
