Why do I have all the symptoms for sporadic fatal insomnia? I'm pretty scared

Why do I have all the symptoms for sporadic fatal insomnia? I'm pretty scared

Scared enough: To go see a doctor? That will be the only way to find out. If you are too scared to go see a doctor, because you don't really want to know, then that's ok too. There is no treatment for it anyways. The only benefit of seeing a doctor is to find out you are wrong and you don't really have it. In that case, you will still have to figure out what you really have. Will that be worth it to you?
