If the "complete: miscarriage noted" opinion is based on an ultrasound and/or visual exam only, it's POSSIBLE that some fragment of placental tissue still remains. I suggest: do a pregnancy test at home if you are not sure what's going on. I don't know how likely it is you are pregnant, but that's the first step to figuring out what's going on. there are other reasons for missed periods, symptoms are not terribly helpful. ...Read more
