I would avoid steroi:
I would avoid steroi ds. Long term steroid use @ ur age can b devastating ; 2 b avoided. The NSAID specific 4 as is indocin (indomethacin). If not on this, ask ur treating md if it is ok 2 try it. Has a lot of side effects especially GI but not as bad as steroids. If u r able 2 tolerate it, it works the best of all.
In fact, it's also a good diagnostic tool since the response is rapid.
