Inflammation: Lupus and the pre-menstrual phase of the cycle are both known for being states of increased inflammation, so it makes sense that you might have this and notice it during your menstrual cycle. Not sure, I don't : think anyone knows for sure if its okay for sure. No study has been done on those supplement with SLE. I would recommend stay simple supplement with multivitamin, Vit D, B complex. At the most, protein shake for post work out. ...Read more

ANA 1:320: Not all autoimmune disease are totally differenciated into discrete diseases and also markers may appear over time, not initially . What was your double stranded DNA? Complement levels?
