Spinal pain: There are 24 movable vertebrae. Knowing which two would help. At your age a discitis is possible if you have had unclean IV injections or a serious systemic infection. A fever is frequent with this. The area is often tender and movement is painful. This is dangerous and needs and MRI and needle biopsy with culture. W/O more specific info my guesses are useless. ...Read more

Shocking spine pain: "Electrical shocks" down the spine may be a serious problem. If you have sharp stabbing pain in your low back, that may be muscular or referred pain and should respond to physical therapy and conservative treatments. Sharp like stinging pains in legs?? And deep like bone pain in spine and back I have scoliosis could this be a factor??
Possibly: What your describing could be due to nerve impingement in your spine, or narrowing of the spinal canal where the spinal cord is located. Ask your family doctor first and see if a referral is indicated. ...Read more

Pinched nerve: It could be related to residual muscle spasm and sprain, but there could be a herniated disc causing impingement on nerves.
