I woke up in the middle of last night due to chest pain. I'm 27yr female. Ate asparagus with olive oil, garlic&spinach soup. The pain reduced in 10min?
How much weight could i lose in 12 days if i only ate low carb soup with spinach, chicken breast and an egg white in it?
It is a slow process: You will likely lose some weight but do not expect a big change in such as short time. If you can lose one pound per week, you are doing well. This should be your goal but it will require cutting down food to about half of your normal caloric intake and also doing exercise daily.
