I have a couple lumps under my skin, I'm not sure if they're spider bites or if I should be more concerned.

Put her in gloves: If you really want her to stop you can fasten gloves on her hands that she cannot remove. In the hospital we put their upper arms in a soft splint that prevents them bending their elbow, which stops the picking. If neither are acceptable, just accept you cannot control a 2 yo and let her be.

Bites: No way. They take time to heal. If they get red or swollen you need to have them looked at
