Not unusual: This is not that uncommon a reaction from a sting. If it does not have pus in it, the problem will likely resolve in a few days. If the problem is persistent, then one needs to consider whether part of the stinger was left in the sting site. If there is pus (unlikely for bee sting), then an antibiotic may be required. Hello: Hello I can't diagnose the cause of your symptoms. There could still be swelling in the area a of nerve that could be responsible for the sharp pain in your hand. I don't know what the creaking sound is from. If you had a fracture, would usually think it would be quite painful.
