Spicy Food Anal Bleeding
Bleeding after BM (Fissures), not constipated, colonoscopy showed no Chrohn's, etc. What else could cause anal fissues? Allergies? Stress? Reflux?

"Heartburn": Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common cause of such symptoms ("heartburn"). If it's in the right side of your abdomen - it can also be due to gallbladder stones/other problems.
