Had hernia op 6 weeks ago. Now my testicle and spermatic cord is paining. When i touch them the pain increases and even feel vomiting type.
Not typical: Your symptoms are not typical, and you should return to your surgeon for an exam. There are many factors involved such as the amount of pain preop, type of repair, and whether or not there were any problems with the repair such as bleeding, also called a hematoma. 3.5 weeks After bilateral robotic inguinal hernia repair would right testicle and spermatic cord be in intermittent pain through the day? concerned.
I had an inguinal hernia surgery in 2010(open repair)if I have scar tissue around spermatic cord.Will i feel pain all the time or just when ejaculate?
You may: Pain after any hernia operation is common though it usually resolves in a few months. Scarring of the cord or cremaster muscles is probably causing this. Repeating surgery usually doesn't solve this. Steroid injection treatments may help. Applying heat or a hot bath may help. With time, this usually becomes less of an issue. If so, such testicular twist occurs on its way of natural descent due to lack of fixation so it's extravaginal and almost exclusively in antenatal / neonatal period with incomplete testicular descent.
