Insulin resistance: PCOS tx should include measures to reduce insulin levels. this is accomplished by lowering your carbohydrate intake dramatically and increasing your green vegetables and protein intake. PCOS: Spearmint tea does not reduce testosterone levels to the degree necessary to assist with PCOS. It also does not have a clinical effect on thyroid hormone production. There are medications to induce ovulation if you are trying to conceive, but oral BCP are the best therapy for PCOS, and prevent other problems with PCOS. ...Read more

We all are looking for a simple way to address our health problems but this is not the way.
