Volume: Soy products have phytoestrogens that can mimic the estrogen in your birth control pills. As long as you do not eat large volumes of soy prducts this should not be a problem. Naturally is iffy: Some soy products can increase estrogen but there is no clear way to determine which ones increase it and by how much. Too much can be bad too. Dairy is of no benefit.
