Forget diet: Forget the concept of diet foods. You will be setting yourself up. Reduce the sweets but don't fully eliminate. Increase vegetables and less fast food. Don't forget to include exercise regimen, any kind including walking.

Could you give me some examples of low roughage foods and then a list of clear liquid diet foods?
Ok......: You cannot stay on a clear liquid diet for enough time to have it lower weight. you CAN increase water/flavored water at the expense of less food (like rehydrating after exercise) and that is reasonable.
