Wholemeal bread replaced white bread in nutritional value. Now wholegrain bread has taken over. Is there a lot of difference between the last two?
Nutrition #: I have heard it said that regular supermarket white bread when eaten turns itself into a high amount of sugar. Is this true?
The low carb breads/bagels, I looked at the nutrition labels & the calories listed DO NOT INCLUDE those from all the grams of fiber in there. Is this accurate?? Do calories from fiber really not count? Or are they just lying to make you think so

Not yet!: Technically hair coloring is a topical solution but even as we begin to crack the secrets of cellular aging we've learned very little about loss of hair pigment . Whole food vitamin : I like whole food vitamins that give you the equivalent of several servings of fruits and veggies. Good healthy foods should be presented with no ability to "place order" ( unless allergies ). Limit drinks as kids can fill up on milk and juice and not experience hunger. Yes, but...: Unfortunately, the marketers neglect to warn the consumers about the huge risk to the patient's dental health. These products are loaded with sugar. Probably: Along with tort liability for a false label, there's also laws against false labels that are enforced often enough to make these reliable. Soda pop is primarily marketing, with sugar or artificial sweetener, carbonated water, flavoring, maybe caffeine, dyes and preservatives.
