Sudden change: I need more information to answer this question. Was there an injury or trauma to the ear or head that preceded the sudden change in your hearing? Are there any other changes in your hearing? Is there a change in how well you can hear low volume sounds? I recommend getting examined by a doctor and getting a hearing test done by an audiologist. ...Read more

My sons voice isnt really deep it sounds like a little kid he is 18 will his voice get deeper any time soon ? He has already hit puberty by the way
Maybe not much if 18: A person's voice changes through the teen age years, as the voice box changes. There are also changes in the other bodily parts that have an effect on voice. But, after age 18 years, there is not much growth and development remaining (unless he is a late bloomer who keeps growing until age 20-21). His adult voice will change a little bit over time as he ages. ...Read more

I'm a guy who is 27 now and my voice still sounds squeaky on the phone or on mic. Any way to change this?
Possibly: as an ENT I'm a specialist able to assess your voice w/ the use of a good physical exam and history. the physical exam will likely include a flexible endoscopy/laryngoscopy (looking at your larynx with a flexible scope after/with local anesthetic in the office) and possible stroboscopic exam of your larynx and vocal cords to assess their movement and other properties. I'm 19& and 6'1" tall but my voice still sound like kids voice but i already hit the puberty at my 14. Will it change?
See an ENT: There are sometimes medical reasons for a high pitched voice in a grown man. You may need to see an ENT for a laryngoscopy (scope of voice box in clinic-easy to do) and a speech therapist for a voice evaluation. I would get it checked out, as it probably won't change now if it hasn't already without some speech therapy. Don't despair though, as you can be helped! ...Read more

Smoking: You already know the answer to your question so I'm not sure what the motive is for the question. What is "I will quit"? what are you waiting for? please see an ENT to examine your vocal cords ...Read more
