I have been getting blistery sores on my lower back, whenever i eat tomatoes, or citris foods. Is this herpes or cold sores?

Could be herpes: I have heard of citrus type foods triggering a herpes outbreak. You can also get skin irritation from citric acid if it touches your skin and then you are out in the sun. However, it could all just be a coincidence and your rash could be many other things. There is medication for it if it is herpes, so may worth it to get checked.
