Don't know....: I don't want to alarm you, but this is sort of an unusual symptom, in my experience. I think you should talk with your doctor, who may refer you to a neurologist. They may recommend a scan of your brain to be sure there isn't anything unexpected, i.e., a growth, or evidence of demyelinating disease (ms). They may also recommend an eeg to look at your brain waves, to rule out unusual seizures.

It might be: Pain from angina (reversible ischemia) or a heart attack (irreversible ischemia) can present in different ways in different people. It is usually felt in the midline of the chest or back, but can also be felt in the left jaw, both jaws or the left arm but not typically on the left lateral chest. Pain or pressure in the chest that is brought on by activity should be checked out.

Not normally: Depressive sx's may include low mood, irritability, anger, ^ or v sleep, change in appetite, feelings of helplessness or hopelessness, v energy, v self-esteem, feelings of guilt. V motivation, absence of joy, v concentration, v memory ; suicidal thoughts.

First alcohol and: Antibiotics don't mix, it can affect your liver and not work for it's intended purposes. Second would need to see this lesion to diagnose

Joint pains: Pains in multiple joints are not characteristics of ALS or MS. Arthritis? type is a possible cause. If symptoms persist, a rheumatologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you.
