I have sores on my buttocks that look like small ulcers. They itch like crazy and they will not heal up. Can you please tell me what this is?
I have these sores all over my entire buttocks. Start off as small bumps and quickly turn into huge scabs, when they heal they leave dark scars?

Hidradenitis: I would speak to your doctor about your general health. Are you diabetic? Are you overweight? People with hidradenitis supurativa get "pimples" in their groin and buttock and it is not related to weight or diabetes. I find topical antibiotics and/or fruit acid treatments help.
