Sounds like a: Viral infection. You can just treat the symptoms if you don't get much worse. Mucinexdm will loosen and help with the cough. Dayquil and nyquil help too . Chest pain: It seems more like a costochondritis, but I am a little confused as to the location. This occurs usually about the 4th-6th costochondral junction about 2 inches from the sternum.
