It only stops the lining of the uterus from responding to hormones produced by the ovaries, but the breast tissue can still be affected by the cyclic hormone production of the ovaries. Hopefully not: At 33 years of age, your chances of pregnancy after tubal ligation are somewhere around 1 in 300. When you add that you've had an ablation on top of that, your chances decrease even more. I don't have a number for that. While never 0%, very very low that you're pregnant. Minimal chance: Tubal ligation has a failure rate of 1 in 300 due to tubal fistula and if you have a positive pregnancy test the pregnancy would most likely be in the tube.
