I have herpesHSV2. It looks like it has appeared on the palm of my hand. Its a triangle sore. I have had it over a month. What should I do?

To have those biopsy findings you mentioned is a concern, now if you have enlarged lymph nodes I wonder if this is connected to your earlier presentation. Sorry just noticed: Just realized you said top of femur. If in lower leg my answer. Would stand. Out upper leg could be a bursitis or tendinitis....Even a type of fasciitis.
