I : I am afraid that you really need to see your gynecologist for an examination and testing. This problem does not lend itself to suggestions over the internet. I think you want to get a diagnosis because lesions can recur and you will be constantly worried. Also, it is not necessary to be in pain for most of these situations. Could be yeast: Your symptoms could be from a yeast infection, but you really shouldn't be try to guess at it. Better to see a doctor. If that's just not practical, you could try an over-the-counter yeast treatments. Look for active ingredient ending in -azole (clotrimazole, miconazole, etc). Don't spend extra; the cheapest is just as good as others. But for sure get care if still no better in a few days. ...Read more
