Many things: I would strongly suggest further evaluation. Persistent low grade fevers aren't normal. Could be something simple like epstein barr infection which causes mono. Or some other infxn. More extreme concern would be more serious infection or blood disorder. As a women worth your symptoms a gynecologic exam is also needed.
