I hurt my shoulder at work its really sore from the bottom of my shoulder blade around to my clavical and a bit up the back side of my neck. Ice helps but it still hurts. Minor swelling. What do I do?

See a Sports Med MD: Often muscle spasm in the shoulder blades and neck can occur and cause the soreness you mention. However, there are other possibilities as well include worker upper limb disorder, thoracic outlet, myofascial pain and rotator cuff syndrome or cervical radiculopathy.
