I have a sore in my vulva area that is itching and slightly bleeding. What could it be from? 33 yrs old, married. History of anemia. Normal pap smears every year.

A : A "sore" in the vaginal area can be many things. A simple abscess(bacterial infection), a wart, cyst, herpes, syphilis, cancer, infected razor bump etc. It is so difficult to say without a more detailed history an physical exam.
