Sore Tongue On Both Sides
I have a sore tongue that is bloody on both sides I have my tongue, due to jaw clenching fromnightmares during sleep. This is happened before, but my time has never been this injured. I am wondering what I can do to heal my tongue?

Hard to tell: Can't be entirely sure miss lucy but if you've ever bitten your tongue before in a seizure then, you know what the aftermath of that feels like. Have you seen any blood on the bedsheets or pillow case? Have you carefully examined the inside of your own mouth with a strong light in the mirror and looked on the side and under the tongue?
