Arm sling, vitamin C: If you can move your arm, chances are that it is not fractured. So, most likely a soft tissue injury. Take some over the counter advil or aleve (naproxen) (if you are not allergic) and wear a sling to keep your arm still. If the pain continues or gets worse, get evaluated by a physician and get xray. Probably viral so...: This is almost certainly a viral infection. Most doctors won't be able to offer anything besides symptomatic relief. I advise Umcka, available at any health food store and some pharmacies, an herbal medicine proven to help sinus infections.
