I've got a sore throat that I think has made the back of my neck hurt plus I'm having sharp deep like pains at top of chest closer to my shoulder.

See a doctor ASAP: There is a potential for this to be extremely severe. It may involve the potential spaces between muscle groups in your neck and can obstruct your breathing. Go and get seen and hope this turns out to be benign.

See a doctor: You may simply have slept in a position causing muscle spasm. The best way, however, to assess this is to be seen and examined by a good pcp. Hope this clears up soon.

Ear/jaw/gum ache, sore throat, nostrils hot. Pain between shoulder blades, neck, radiating to arm. Doc says muscular. Can it be flu or heart related?

Ear/jaw/gum ache, sore throat, nostrils hot. Pain between shoulder blades, neck, radiating to arm. Doc says muscular. Can it be flu or heart related?

Maybe: But it is more likely to be muscular. If it is being treated and does not go away I would go back to the doctor for a reevaluation.

I have sore throat pain in my chest and shoulder blades?

Might by heartburn: Sometimes acid reflux from the stomach can present like this. However, it can also be a sign of a more serious condition. I would either see your doctor or try a short course (1-2 weeks) of antacid therapy and if no better than see your doctor.

Sore throat in the morning, lhs shoulder blade is constantly in pain and burning, cough for no reason, occasional nose bleed. No clue what's wrong?

Need more info: This sounds as if it has the potential to be quite severe and warrants a full evaluation by a physician. Suggest you write down all symptoms, their timing and inter-relationships and go and see a doctor. Hopefully it will turn out to be something simple, but if severe and correctable, the sooner you are seen the better. Good luck, and hope this clears up soon.

Musculoskeletal pain: Coughing can cause musculoskeletal pain, including what you describe. Also, if the cough is due to a viral infection, musculoskeletal aches and pains can be part of the viral infection. There are many causes of cough including acute bronchitis, bronchospasm, gerd, post-nasal drip or a combination of factors. If your cough persists, see a doctor for diagnosis/treatment.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain on my right side. I wake up feeling sore and tired. Any idea what to do or who to go to fix this problem?

Msny possibilities: There are muscles, such as supraspinatus, that can cause neck and shoulder pain. Poor neck support while sleeping may also cause. Your pcp can evaluate you and treat or refer as they see fit.

A couple weeks ago I woke up with neck pain an shoulder pain...like I slept wrong stiff neck....neck sore for a couple days an went away...but the dull aching nerve wracking pain is still hurting off an on in my shoulder....not a sharp pain but a dull irr

Possibly normal but?: In most cases it can be a pain which will persist for several weeks. The pain in the shoulder comes and goes so probably does not mean something bad but should gradually get better. If it persists then the area needs to be evaluated and need to see your Dr. Use heat and gentle range of motion with some NSAID like Ibuprofen if not contraindicated. I hope this is helpful for you.

Sharp pain in my left shoulder blade. Neck pain radiates behind my ear. Shoulder pain and soreness. And little arm soreness as well. Pinched nerve?

Sharp pain in my left shoulder blade. Neck pain radiates behind my ear. Shoulder pain and soreness. And little arm soreness as well. Pinched nerve?

Discuss with MD: You have a lot going on for your age, please discuss this with your doctor, you may warrant some further testing. This is not a good forum for this question as we can not diagnose "pinched nerve" without examination and testing. Your doctor may order a nerve conduction test coupled with an emg, or an MRI if they have not done so already. Discuss with your doctor.

Left neck under ear has off and on dull pain throughout the day, also very localized left shoulder pain, but not muscular, and not tender to touch.

Neck pain: There are several structures within the neck that could be the cause of discomfort. Muscle, ligaments, lymph nodes, carotid artery, thyroid gland, vertebra, nerves, etc. If your symptoms persist have an examination by your physician.
