Months: If your symptoms are on and off for months you may have sinusitis - either from infection, irritants or allergens. Cough: Have you been coughing tons? I will defer your ongoing upper respiratory query to the ent's but have heard of MRSA or other mean bugs not responding to traditional treatment.
