A consultation: With your Gynecologist is needed...in the meantime look at your SUPPORT UNDERGARMENTS are they sufficient especially when you exercise???? Soreness is usually a HORMONAL issue. However the use of proper breast support can interrupt a cycle of EXERCISE-IRRITATION-EXERCISE WORSE IRRITATION etc etc
