Sore stomach after plank exercise. I just started them yesterday and I woke up and my stomach muscles were sore and achy. Is this normal?
More recovery time: You must be in good enough shape to participate in the plyometeric exercises. If done consistently and regularly, you can build muscle and strength at a faster rate than some other training regimens. Shouldn't: Kegel exercises done correctly are supposed to increase the strength of the elevator plate. That is a group of muscles that help with support of the pelvic floor. Chronic headache: That sounds terrible. Please see your doctor and ask what medical and alternative therapies you can use to help reduce your pain. Muscle exercises are a good start, but some lifestyle changes, especially diet and sleep can help. To tighten your abdominal muscles consider doing crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge & “bicycling” exercise on your back.
