More recovery time: You must be in good enough shape to participate in the plyometeric exercises. If done consistently and regularly, you can build muscle and strength at a faster rate than some other training regimens. Chronic headache: That sounds terrible. Please see your doctor and ask what medical and alternative therapies you can use to help reduce your pain. Muscle exercises are a good start, but some lifestyle changes, especially diet and sleep can help.
