Difficult to say but:
It is very difficult to say why your bones hurt at the age of 29
It may be due to VitD Deficiency or Huperparathyroidism if it is all bones or other causes if limited to one bone
I suggest that you consult your GP and get checked and do Vitamin D level, and blood calcium level as well if your doctor feels it is needed

It is unlikely that what you feeling are lympnodes. You are probably feeling the rib below the collar bone.
You may watch and wait. You may feel the node, or what you think is a lymph node, every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, you should see a doctor.
