No. Need MRA.: The MRI doesn't show the problem with circulation. It will only show the EFFECT of a problem with circulation, & only if it is severe. To get a better estimate of blood flow, an MRA (magnetic resonance angiogram) is more useful, but even that is limited since the pictures are not very clear, & don't show the small blood vessels (microvasculature) that usually cause pain in the toes, only big block ...Read more
