2 month ago I got herpes cold sore on my lip 1 month ago it seemed to heal but redness remains & it has slowly better Am I still contagious? Can I kiss

There is no "detox" of herpes. There is a prescription pill which is very effective. ...Read more

One on my permanent front teeth got bumped really hard on someone's head knocking my tooth a little lose and very sore. Will it heal on its own?

It should...: But you would really be better off if a local dentist took a look and evaluated the damage. Internal problems cannot be determined without radiographs, and if the tooth was moved to a sightly different position, the premature contact with your other teeth when biting could cause bone recession and loss of the tooth. I wear a c-pape machine and sometimes I get a sore on one or both sides of my mouth and my mask just covers my nose and my nose and my nose get dry like a plastic coating around my nostrils. What can I buy to help heal the sores and make my nose stop hurti

This: This is a common problem I see with patients who use a c-pap. The proper treatment depends a bit on the exact location and clinical observation so I would recommend you consult a dermatologist. Sometimes I recommend Hydrocortisone cream with a thin layer of zinc oxide paste over that to help reduce inflammation and irritation. Other cases, just a little bit of vaseline. I hope that helps. ...Read more
