Yes: Any pain that increases with walking can be a sign of more serious disease. Also sudden in onset has me concerned. I would suggest prompt evaluation to consider a broad range of diseases. Not typical but...: This is not a typical reaction. I have never heard anyone else saying it made their navel sore. But it's possible you are sensitive to one or more of the ingredients in the particular vitamin you tried. Many vitamins (esp.
