I'm 23 F I have a sore lump under my arm on my arm pit about the size of a dime??? What could this be??? Could it be stress related??
I have a sore lump on my arm right above my elbow, its about the size of a quarter. Its painful to touch and feels soft, what could this be?

Depends . . .: Big sore lump in armpit is most likely due to infection, whether ingrown hair, abscess or swollen gland. Whether to worry depends upon your overall health eg diabetes, cancer, poor immune system etc. Some medications increase risk for infections.
