Depends how long.: This would depend on how long after the surgery you mean. Also the type of hernia surgery. In the first few weeks after any hernia surgery, soreness is expected. If your surgeon manipulated the cord and placed mesh some discomfort may be ok at 6 weeks. You currently may have HYDROCELE (fluid around the Lt. testicle).You also mention fluid near incision site !!
