If your surgeon manipulated the cord and placed mesh some discomfort may be ok at 6 weeks. See remark: Chad,your question is not so clear.From what I think you had repeat repair of a hernia which originally took place 16 yrs ago! You currently may have HYDROCELE (fluid around the Lt. testicle).You also mention fluid near incision site !!
