Nasal lesion: Discuss with doctor stopping Flonase for now and using possible Astelin (azelastine) or antihistamine spray. For the lesion you could use a topical antibiotic like Mupirocin if it is bacterial and not too large. .If it is viral like herpes could use topical antiviral or pills ( they are not associated with Cdiff, as far as I know). Follow up with doctor/urgent care. ...Read more

Get it checked out: I would see a doctor asap. It could be infected, and one of the most common causes of such infections is mrsa- a resistant staph. In the meantime, wash you hands well after touching that area (best not to touch it if you can help it). Best of luck to you. ...Read more
