Prob OK: Bumps or masses can be from many things. If you ha trauma it is most likely blood. If you did not it possible an lymph node or infection. If it is getting smaller with a residual small bump it is ok. But if you think it is getting larger you should see a doctor about it. ...Read more

Usually Sore Muscles: Muscle pain after workout is common but if it's in muscles you use all the time it can take a little longer. Two weeks is not unusual. Sometimes sitting in hot tub helps.

Pain: We would have no idea since we dont know what you weigh but if you are really 37 years old, this wouldn't be something that just started happening unless you just went through an extreme weight loss.
