Have small tender sore inside nose. Do they usually heal on their own? I'm scared of antibiotics due to C Diff history. Do I need to stop Flonase use?

Nasal lesion: Discuss with doctor stopping Flonase for now and using possible Astelin (azelastine) or antihistamine spray. For the lesion you could use a topical antibiotic like Mupirocin if it is bacterial and not too large. .If it is viral like herpes could use topical antiviral or pills ( they are not associated with Cdiff, as far as I know). This : This is a common problem i see with patients who use a c-pap. The proper treatment depends a bit on the exact location and clinical observation so i would recommend you consult a dermatologist. Sometimes i recommend Hydrocortisone cream with a thin layer of zinc oxide paste over that to help reduce inflammation and irritation. Other cases, just a little bit of vaseline.
