This is self-resolving, but please make sure that she is well hydrated. Her mouth and throat may hurt, so she may not eat as much, but keep her hydrated. Smaller amounts more frequently. Not unusual: This is not unusual- esp. If you either have had a flu vaccine the last year or 2 or if you had the flu. This is because then you will already have antibodies to some of the flu antigens and is a sign your immune system remembers and is reacting to the new vaccine! So nothing to worry about.
