I was walking up stairs and I felt a pop in my foot. It is a little sore. Did a tendon slip out of place?
I've had a ganglion cyst on my foot aspirated 2 days ago. The tendons around the site are sore. Can i expect them to settle down soon?

Sore foot: Ms. Pierce: with little details to work on, it is hard to say. Are you a runner? Any previous injury to foot? Does it feel like "pins and needles?" It could be a mild inflammation of the fascia, but hard to say. Try a few days of aspirin or Motrin. I always recommend warm heat pads for a few days to see if any benefit. Walked on inured tendons/ligaments for 2yrs, and my arch dropped, other parts of my foot are sore. If i get surgery will i be able to play sports again?

Depends: How long it takes a tendon/muscle injury (sprain, strain, etc.,) to heal depends on how serious the injury is. Since you have needed therapy, then the injury is not a minor one. It is also more noticeable because the injury occurred on your foot, which you have to use to walk. (An injured little finger, is easier to deal with, since you don't have to use it as often).
