Difference sinusitis eye pain vs emergency eye pain? Lots of press. Eye socket heavy nhurts. Dr.says normal. Vision is mostlysame. Howlong to expect?
left side nose/upper eye socket sore. Sometimes hurts when blinking. Dry eyes/ stuffy nose Cleaning products worsen it
Just a thought:
You may have an inflammation of one of your facial nerves called Trigeminal Neuralgia or "Tic Douloureux"
Google it and discuss it with your PCP. Treatment is available and if your PCP thinks it's worth considering a referral to a Neurologist may be indicated!

I suppose pollen exposure could make symptoms worse if one has ongoing sinusitis and underlying allergies.

If it is just a simple fracture and your eye is functioning normally, no surgery is needed. It will heal. If the fracture is severe i.e. Pushing your eyeball out/in and not moving eye well, or severe deformity etc...Then you need surgery etc...Otherwise, just observation and time...Maybe something for pain such as motrin/tylenol etc...Consult your doc...
