Are you pregnant?: Those symptoms may be found in someone who is pregnant. However, always best to check w/ one's doc.See 1 more doctor answer

Episodes of dizziness lightheaded and now vomiting very sore breast it like comes and goes with headaches any suggestions feeling bloated also?
Do pregnancy test: Dizziness, lightheadedness, sore breasts, and vomiting are all signs of early pregnancy. If you have childbearing potential then you should check a pregnancy test. Otherwise, drink plenty of clear fluids, rest, and take acetaminophen as needed for headache. If symptoms don't resolve or worsen, see a doctor.
Headache and back neck pain for 3 days now. Chest soreness from Lipitor (atorvastatin) and my gastritis can that be the cause of it?
Possible: If you have had reactions to statin drugs before Lipitor it makes your symptoms more likely drug related. 2 weeks off the statin drugs will help your physician decide. Hold off on tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin type medicines for your headache until you have drug tests done for your liver function.
I been having upper back pain, sore breast, tiredness, headaches, lightheaded, and some what of chest pain. I am worried, can it be from my heart?
Probably not: Low chance based on your description, but as a doctor my decision about whether or not to check your heart in the office would be based upon your risk factors for heart disease and your description of the pain itself. For example: Is it brought on by eating? Breathing in? Exerting yourself? How long does it last for when you have it? Is it always in the some place? What does it feel like?See 1 more doctor answer
I have had some pain in my upper stomach. Occasional back pain and slight head aches. I'm 27 ans never been prego. No sore breast or vomiting.
Have U been checked?: Your "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things & may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do." Your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, exact location, associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate testing.
5 yr old vomiting, headache, back ache, neck ache, sore throat, with no fever? Stopped vomiting 78 hours then started vomiting again.
Teen had bad headache all day (thu) at school, then fever, vomited today (sat), now his chest hurts and neck hurts (no sore throat, cough, etc)?
Influenza?: Sounds a lot like the flu. If his neck is stiff, (ie has trouble touching his chin to his chest without pain), he needs to be seen in the er immediately. If he has a rash or has been exposed to ticks, he needs to be seen. If he has friends or family who have been sick & he has none of the above danger signs, you could try some tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil, clear liquids and wait.See 1 more doctor answer
My friend has had a 100 dg fever for 3 days, neck pain, shoulder pain- headache, body ache. No conjested or vomiting? Could this be meningitis?
What to do if nose has got a bump and ive got a bad headache and now a bad neck pain is it anything serious?
Uncertain: Is the 'bump' a pimple or something you squeezed? Infection can be spread internally by squeezing & lead to serious brain infections.Headache (HA) & neck pain could indicate such infection. Immed visit to dr. Recommended in that case. Could also be unrelated. HA often leads to neck pain & vice versa. Still good idea to see dr. A good osteopathic history & exam may find cause. Manipulation may relieve.
I am 20 f, specially while walking and standing for long I suffer from a very bad headache in temple area n neck pain, can't even hold my bag that time?
Some thoughts..: Some causes for this could be a neck muscle spasm (which can also cause headaches) or poor posture. Migraines can also present with atypical features and are sometimes brought on by exertion like walking or exercise. However, it'll really take a good physical exam and history to tease out what's causing this, so be sure to check in with your doctor. Best of luck to you!
Currently I'm having severe neck pain (located behind head close to where the end of spinal cord is) witch is also causing a pretty bad headache.?
Get checked: Without a proper history and physical any number of things can be possible. Granted your pain is severe a prompt urgent care or emergency room visit would be necessary if unable to be seen by your doctor. Good luck.
I'm sixteen and a few weeks ago I had bad neck pain on one side. Days later I had a bad headache on one side. My foot pulses weirdly when I wake up.?
Physical Exam: While a lot of somatic body feelings occur when you are sixteen you need a check up, labs and consultation with a physician to make sure every thing is OK. Don't worry just follow through and get checked out.

Hi. I am 30/female. Have high bp. Now having bad headaches, neck pain and chest pain that comes and goes....am I okay?
No: You should see a doctor for more evaluation. If your chest pain becomes more frequent or prolonged, not resolved with rest, you should go to ER. If it only lasts a minute or two and is infrequent, you can wait a little, but shoukd still see a doctor soon.
