Have physician exam: Without seeing it, it requires some speculation. A blister can arise from a burn. Raised similar appearing lesions may arise from contact dermatitis, an insect bite or a skin infection. Probably not: There are hobo spiders in WA. If they ever bite at all, the result is much less severe than brown recluse. Expert opinion differs as to the existence of any bites by hobos. Maybe: One possible more common cause of shoulder pain and limited movement is rotator cuff injury. This usually will not show up on plain x-rays. It can often be a chronic nagging type injury and you may want to see an orthopedic specialist.
