What does it mean if my right kidney hurts and my left one hurts sometimes? I also have foamy and dark urine. And I have sharp heart pain occasionally
UNUSUAL to feel "Kidney Pain" unless infected or otherwise abnormal (obstruction, stones, etc)
"Foamy and Dark" are very NON-SPECIFIC appearances for urine! @
The sharp "heart pain" is most likely NOT from your heart....people don't describe cardiac pain as pain "in or from" their hearts

It would be prudent to see your doctor at your convenience. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
